We're running low on supplies and in order to make to the full 39 Days of this arctic voyage, we need to downsize. Three ships will soon become two. Erebus, Terror, and Glory - one ship is just not going to make it out of today...
Our Captains will meet below deck with Production in the main chambers of the Captain's Quarters. Here they will enjoy wine, a nice meal, warm bed, and will spoiled like the fine leaders they are! It's time to gamble a little bit.
Banks, Eric, Maranda, grab your coin purses and let's go!

The Captain's meeting is now over!
It's been decided that the Terror ship will be leaving us, and we press forward on this adventure with Erebus & Glory only!

During the Captain's festivities, six offers were put on the table, each with a starting price in gold;
1. Clue to an idol hidden on your ship
2. Remain Captain
3. Extra vote
4. Individual Immunity for you
5. Walk the Plank Dethrone Power
6. First Pick Power
Each Captain walked away with two of these offers each!
We are now officially in the second phase of this game. Ship roles are over, focus on surviving... No more Captains, no more Riggers, maybe you can still be called a Swab, but none will be mopping decks!
