Welcome Glory, getting your first look at the new, Terror & Erebus crews! Markos and Jennifer voted out at their ships Tribal Council's last night. We are now well into iSurv1vor 31 and it's been an unfortunate welcome for three crew members already.
This round all tribes will be heading to Tribal Council! This challenge will dictate exactly how many people will be leaving your tribe - 1 or 2. For today's challenge it's time to do a little work on your respective ships. The winter is setting in and the frost will soon damage your beautiful vessels, one late minute renovation is in store before we sail on. Let's get on to the details.

Six crew members from each ship will create a figurehead on the prow of the ship, using the template below. Each group will also need to provide a write-up explaining the meaning behind their creative choices. Figureheads will be judged on beauty, execution, relevancy, and interpretation. The figurehead should represent your tribe in some way, and your ship's colour must be incorporated as well.

Discuss the creative concept with your crew and Captain, and prepare as necessary. The challenge will take place one by one, live on Skype with a member of production, where each of the six artists will have ten minutes to work on the figurehead. Everyone in the group needs to add something to the finished product. You may not make your portion ahead of time; you must put it together live. Put your heads together, start planning your design, and Outplay the other ship!
The figureheads will be judged by three pros from the winners pool of iSurv1vor, and the team with the highest score will head to Tribal Council where only 1 member will Queen Elizabeth Islands. The two losing tribes will attend Tribal Council where they will vote out one crew member, and then another!
Now until Wednesday evening will be the brainstorming portion.
Wednesday evening and onward will be the design portion until Production meets with everyone.
Now, I suggest you study up on the Lost Expedition of Sir John Franklin.

While designing, each of you will be quizzed regarding the contents of the linked page above. Each crew member will continue until they get a question incorrect, and then the quiz will be over. The one castaway on each tribe to do the best on the quiz cannot be touched at the coming Tribal Council. They will be immune.
That is a lot to digest, Production will be around to answer questions.
The next few days in the game are going to be insane, it's time to Prow Away or go away.
